The Thermal Escape
Inspired by the classic Nordic cycle of hot, cold, rest, and hydration, our Thermal Escape is a sensory journey for body and mind, where relaxation meets renewal.
Start by unwinding in the soothing heat of the sauna, hot tub, or steam room, allowing the warmth to ease tension and prepare your body for renewal. Next, awaken your senses with an energizing cold plunge or ice shower to reduce inflammation and boost circulation. Pause between cycles for periods of deep rest and stillness, rehydrating to aid detoxification and sustain your energy. Repeat the cycle as often as you like, emerging relaxed, refreshed, and fully restored.

Before Your Visit - Spa Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere and support all guests in their journey to disconnect and reconnect, we kindly ask all Spa visitors to follow our Guidelines for Spa Etiquette.
I bought a Pre-Sale Pass - how do I redeem it?
For guests who purchased a Pre-sale Pass, your pass will be redeemed at check-in. Credit card details will be collected when booking online, but no payment will be taken. If you have any questions about your Pre-Sale Pass, please contact our team directly at thespa@wandertheresort.com.
What should I bring for my visit?
Photo identification, a valid credit card, and a swimsuit are all required items for your visit. We also recommend that you bring waterproof footwear, toiletries, a non-glass water bottle, a second swimsuit if receiving treatments, and dining attire if dining at Gather after 5:00pm. Robes and towels will be supplied for you.
Does my cabin stay give me access to the spa?
No, spa access is not automatically included with your cabin reservation, unless you have booked a specific package that includes it. Cabin guests will still need to make a reservation to visit the spa.
Is there a minimum age to use the spa?
Guests must be 16 years or older to enjoy our spa facilities, unless otherwise stated for special events.
May I leave the spa and return later in the day?
No, your Day Pass does not include in-and-out privileges. Should you need to leave the spa premises during your visit for any reason, we ask that you please inform the Spa Reception team.
Are cell phones permitted in the spa?
The Spa has been designed as a space for you to disconnect, be present and relax - as such, no phones, cameras or any recording devices are permitted in the Spa. The change rooms have lockers for you to securely store your phones while enjoying the Spa amenities.
Is there food and drink available to purchase?
Yes! Our on-site restaurant Gather will be open throughout your visit to enjoy meals, snacks and beverages. Reservations are recommended and if you are dining after 5:00 pm, dining attire is required.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be made via email to thespa@wandertheresort.com. Cancellations made up to 48 hours ahead of the reservation are fully refundable to the original method of purchase. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours ahead of the reservation are refunded in the form of a digital gift card for the full amount of the original reservation. Modifications to a reservation or rebooking within 24 hours may incur a rebooking fee of $20.
What is the policy for inclement weather?
Wander the Spa was designed for use through all seasons and weather, however, in cases of very extreme weather or special circumstances (.e.g. power outage), we reserve the right to close the spa and will offer refunds to our booked guests in the form of a gift card.
Can I book a treatment without booking a day pass?
Treatments will be available to book closer to the spa's opening date and will only be available as an add-on to the Thermal Escape.
