Your Pre-Sale Pass functions like a gift card. When making a reservation, enter the 16 digit code on your Pass as a gift card form of payment. If you have any questions about your Pre-Sale Pass, please contact our team directly at thespa@wandertheresort.com.

Photo identification, a valid credit card, and a swimsuit are all required items for your visit. We also recommend that you bring waterproof footwear, toiletries, a non-glass water bottle, a second swimsuit if receiving treatments, and dining attire if dining at Gather after 5:00pm. Robes and towels will be supplied for you.

No, spa access is not automatically included with your cabin reservation, unless you have booked a specific package that includes it. Cabin guests will still need to make a reservation to visit the spa.

Guests must be 16 years or older to enjoy our spa facilities, unless otherwise stated for special events.

No, your Day Pass does not include in-and-out privileges. Should you need to leave the spa premises during your visit for any reason, we ask that you please inform the Spa Reception team.

The Spa has been designed as a space for you to disconnect, be present and relax, so no phones, cameras or any recording device are not permitted in the Spa. The changerooms have lockers for you to securely store your phones while enjoying the Spa amenities.

Yes! Our on-site restaurant Gather will be open throughout your visit to enjoy meals, snacks and beverages. Reservations are recommended and if you are dining after 5:00 pm, dining attire is required.

Cancellation requests must be made via email to thespa@wandertheresort.com. Cancellations made up to 48 hours ahead of the reservation are fully refundable to the original method of purchase. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours ahead of the reservation are refunded in the form of a digital gift card for the full amount of the original reservation. Modifications to a reservation or rebooking within 24 hours may incur a rebooking fee of $20. 

Wander the Spa was designed for use through all seasons and weather, however, in cases of very extreme weather or special circumstances (.e.g. power outage), we reserve the right to close the spa and will offer refunds to our booked guests in the form of a gift card.

At this time, treatments can only be booked as an add-on to your day pass reservation.
